We do everything we can to leave our customers homes cleaner than when we arrived, even though at times we will be dealing with some very dirty chimneys. In most cases the process will take about an hour.
The National Fire Protection Association states in NFPA 211 standards that chimneys should be inspected annually. Cleaning is recommended at least once a year for heating systems that leave chimneys dirty.
